have you fixed your camera yet hummmmm guess not because you beleave that it is aproprate to leave people bad feed back and ruin their ratings. thats fine but if you have no display at all their is several factors that can cause you problem. such as hummm your shutter is closed this a part inside of the lens that opens and closes every time you take a picture. if it is allways closed then how can light pass through it. also if you camera comes on but displays no image on the or menu on the LCD the lets see it would be your main board or your back light or the LCD is broke. Here would be a diagnosis to you problem. also The information I gave you before was to a self diagnosis page and maybe I would not of had to retype this all over again if you HAD taken the advice in the first place.

When i try to take a picture, i cant see cant image's on the fold out screen or looking into the eye piece, it will flash but the picture also comes up black as if no picther was taken?

this means there is a problem with your lens system. If Lens system seems ok then problem may be with the CCD/CMOS repairing which will be pretty costly and will need a expert hands to fix it.

Canon A620 is taking black images/ Can't see images on screen

First try pressing the DISP or DISPLAY button on the back of your camera. If that didn't fix it... A stuck shutter is another common failure mode for digital cameras. The symptoms of a stuck or "sticky" shutter are very similar to CCD image sensor failure. The camera may take black pictures (for shutter stuck closed), or the pictures may be very bright and overexposed, sometimes with lines, especially when taken outdoors (for shutter stuck open). To confirm a stuck shutter, put the camera in any mode other than "Auto", and turn the flash OFF (you don't want to blind yourself for the next step). Next look down the lens and take a picture. You should see a tiny flicker in the center of the lens as the shutter opens and closes. If no movement is seen, then you likely have a stuck shutter. If so, please see this link for further info and a simple fix that may help.

I turn my camera on and all the icons come on the screen but the image stays black. I get playback but I cant see an image when I want to take a picture. Its as if the lens cap is still on but it isnt. I...

Your camera is going to have a sensor that lets it know if the image cap is on or not, its possible the sensor might be damaged, or pressed in, or stuck.

I HAVE A PROBLEM W/ THE LENS OF MY KODAK EASYSHAREDX4530.WHENEVER I TRY TO TAKE PICTURE WE CANT SEE THE IMAGE ON THE SCREEN

Ok not sure if you mean whilst taking the picture or after, if this is whilst you need to select the picture mode i.e Auto, Sport, Night, etc, the camera will display the config on the screen for a few seconds, in this time hit the OK button this will set the picture to Liveview, you will be able to see them on the screen,
Now to see the pictures you have taken you need to push the review button and scroll through the images,
Let me know if this helps if not i will look into it more for you.

Can't turn off/disable optimize image screen- nikon d80

Ok, all you need to do is:

1.Hold the camera normally like you would take a picture.

2.Turn it on and review a picture.

3. While looking at a picture, take your index (pointer) finger and rotate the front "wheel" right under the shutter release button. This switches the viewing mode, and should solve your problem.
