Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.

Sounds like your laptop does not have your keyboard on the correct IRQ: try to update our bios. Keyboard should be fine.

Why won't my Medion MD 97314 laptop connect to my tv? I have connected the lead. This works ok when I have tried it on my desk top but not from the laptop.

try rebooting you laptop with the monitor plunged in, for the laptop dose not recognize a monitor being there until you reboot, also many laptops will only support one monitor at a time, so your laptop display will be blank when your plugged into an external monitor,,, hope this helps, good luck

unplug power supply remove battery and let set for a bit.replace battery and try to turn it on..you probally have corrupt the hard drive..if all indicator lites are flashing then its working and maybe the screen has been corrupt or broke.if you have a desk top monitor around you can hook it up to your laptop and see if you can see anything on that, and if so you can go in and check all the drivers are working properly especially the monitor and graphics..yes a desk top screen will hook rite up to a laptop.
