Generic problem for all Scanners
Umas Astra 5600 connection problem

If the scanner is connected to an USB port, all other USB ports refuse to recognise USB pen drives. If the scanner is disconnected, pen drives are recognised.OK.
I need a solution to this. I am also unable to download any updated driver from the Internet. The links do not work

Wizwhat computer operating system are you?
Chances are this is a very old DOS scanners for Win 95/8- if your machine is XP/Vista it is not likely to work
