HI
Allow me to take you through it and it may cost as little as $20. It's really not that hard. $350 sounds like too much.

My Hoover apollo deluxe dryer trips the electricity switch to the house and goes off. Is it fixable or not worth it?

With a an electrical short that is strong enough to trip the safety on the house, it must be repaired or replaced to be safe. So it is a matter of your taste and the cost. I would bring it to a repair shop, ask for a quote and their opinion based on the condition of the vacuum.

We relocated our Sullair 3700 about 30m from air receiver, due to excess dust. Now the compressor never stops running, trips on high pressure yet the receiver is not achieving the pressure required

would say dust has done something to do with it
before you had time to move it

will need the compressor serviced

first ..in simple words
to replace the compressor pressure shut off /turn on valve
that should fix the pressure trip build up limit problem

and maybe a partial strip down to clean out the casing
if dust build up is noted

When I accelerate quickly in first and second gear I hear a vibration that sounds like it's right under the center console. I think It might be the bushing thing that connects the front part of the...

The two most likely causes are a worn front universal joint - a relatively easy fix but probably fairly expensive if done by BMW- or more serious, but lees likely, a worn bushing in the transmission tail-shaft housing. The latter will be more difficult and costly to repair but doesn't happen very often. A worn universal joint is much more likely. Dr.J

When the dryer is on high or medium heat, it trips the power breaker of the house. it does not do this on air only/no heat", which makes me think of a short in heating unit.

the dryer is run by a universal motor, and these motors (while being very robust) can draw more current if the torque put on the drive train is overloaded. try running dryer with less clothes.

It sounds like it, yes. My guess would bedthe heating element. Does it have a "cold was" program you could try? If it still trips the fues it may be the motorr that is broken.
