We are a golf tour and bill our members periodically as each tournament nears. Therefore, as each tournament nears, we may charge 75 to 100 members at one time for the entry fee. POS Partner used to permit us to import all of the customer charge information (we have the info stored in an Access database) in a batch for one step approval and settlement. We can't seem to get PC Charge Pro to perform the same function. Right now it appears we will have to manually enter every member's info every time we bill them and that can't be right. Thanks, Dennis

Have you tried deleting the .Dat file from the root directory? If not, you can give it a try. When you open the "C:" drive, then "Program Files" then "PcChargePro..." [the name of the PC charge, i guess it's PC charge Pro], and when you look inside the PC charge component files, you'll see a file with the extension .Dat (a movie file format), simply cut and paste it somewhere like on your desktop or to another folder and try again. Run the PcCharge and check if it still show in the program.
This is all what I know about this program.
Good luck.
