All you need is a PC Suite software installed on your Laptop/Desktop for establishing a data exchange connection to and from your handset & PC. Generally they give a installation CD along with the packed unit but if not then go to this site to download it:http://www.samsung.com/in/support/detail/supportPrdDetail.do?menu=SP01&prd_ia_cd=01013000&prd_mdl_cd=&prd_mdl_name=GT-C3303&prd_ia_sub_class_cd=P
Click on the "Software" option next to the Manuals option and in the last column you'll see a small EXE
icon under the heading File
. Click on it and then when asked to save in the Save dialogue window do it. (Its a large file approx. 127 MB) So you'll need a good speed broadband connection and enough Disk space and of course patients while it downloads. If your connection is slow, don't worry just make a cup of tea or coffee and sip it while watching the download progressing. Ha! Just kidding.
Okay all said and done AND now assuming you have got the installer software either on CD or downloaded, you ned to just run setup.exe and follow the instructions on screen. You may be asked to reboot. So do as asked. After the reboot, you'll need a USB cable (that also must be part of general accessories along with your handset) with one [small sized] end connected to your handset and the other standard USB end that goes to the PC's USB port (either in front or back as the case may be). The moment you connect your handset to your PC, the PC-Suite software will auto-detect your phone and you should be able to see your phone listed in the My Computer as a either a Removable Drive or a Mobile Device. Once you are able to access your mobile's folders from here, you will be able to drag and drop files to and from your PC <-> Mobile and that's it. You have managed to establish a data exchange connection using the PC Suite software.
Enjoy good music and many features that your phone has to offer...
Hope this helps you.
