Hi Nancy This error is due to a few conditions that the camera might have been involved in. First the camera might have been dropped, powered on while in a case or in a purse or pocket. dropped in sand been at the beach around salt water. Any of these listed things could have caused your problem it could have also been a defective lens. But like most camera companies they do not warranty lens errors because they are one of the first things to go out because they fell they are right and you are wrong. now if you got this camera from a place like walmart or target. and you bought a extended warranty with it take it back. If not try any way you never know what they might do just tell them it is not doing right and you would like to exchange it for another one.

Says lens error!!!!!

The best solution is to take it to Best Buy and have them look at it. The Kodak camera could still be under warranty.

Lens is sticking, error122,1,0,0

This is probably THE most common failure among digital cameras. There's a halfway chance of fixing it yourself, described here: http://camerarepair.blogspot.com/2007/12/fixing-lens-error-on-digital-camera.html
