My printer scanar photo copy machin (model 4521 f) problem papar jam

Pl. mention make/ model and where it jammed. if possible the photo of the jammed paper inside the machine. Also mention the total pages printed in A4 and A3 size.

Hi there have you tried the door at the back of the machine as there maybe a piece stuck in the fuser unit. If not open the back door and check that there is a small black lever in the middle of the two rollers sticking up as this is the sensor arm that determines that there is a paper jam or not. If this is still there then the paper will be stuck just after the paper cassette within the paper path.

Looks like you have something stuck in the registry. I think you will not have chance. You'll have to call the technical assistance

OK, there's either an optic sensor or a physical switch that determines that paper is in a spot that it should not be on printers.

Hello sir; Wherever you clean up the paper jam, right over there have a paper senser ,check that senser is moving freely or out of track, just put it back to right possition.

ithink it is a hard were pr oblem we should clean our printer time by time, there is many dust inside, they can make disattacment between sencer and parts ,so we get this information. open printer and also if u open drom and other part open , then blow air by air blower machin e.we solve more than 80% thise type case in our lab .

if u have jam then u have to do this try to clean it if problem occer then u have to change the roller if u have jamed papar in your printer u have open back side dore of your printer then remove the jammed paper
