Question about Uniden Cordless Phone
My phone keeps saying that it is out of range. I have checked the phone connection and the power cord and they are all working fine. My 1 year old nephew had the phone (it was NOT dropped) and it stopped working shortly after he had it. The display keeps telling you that it is connecting and then it tells you that you are out of range. Any suggestions??? Do you think maybe he changed a setting? I don't know what he could have pressed to change the range?
Check page # 37 of your user guide. The privacy mode may have been activated.
If that did not work you will need to de-register the handset, check page # 30, to register the handset back check page # 16 of your user guide.
Here is the user guide, just in case you do not have it handy.
