Check to see if the toner is finish and also check to see if the papers are correctly place into the printer. If the paper is not push into the printer properly the printer will not be able to grab the paper and you can also clean the print head on the printer. .
My OKI C3300 was the same and an engineer found the Cyan drum was bouncing on its gears being very stiff to turn. We changed the drum but it was still the same. Changing the cartridge cured the problem, that was jamming the drum.
On the top left hand side of the cartridge, usually where the letter representing the colour of the toner (in your case M for Magenta) appears, there is a small removable section, about 15mm by 20 mm in size. Prise this open with your finger nail or small screwdriver. Remove the old chip and insert the new one in here.
When installing the C3300 printer, or when replacing the toner
cartridge, be sure to fully insert the toner cartridge into the image
drum, and make sure the blue lever is pushed ALL THE WAY toward the
back of the printer (fully locked position). If it is not fully closed
(locked), a "toner sensor" or "toner empty" message may result.
