Question about Philips GoGear HDD6330 MP3 Player
Still not workin, tried that recusitate but just nothing happened!
You might want to call Philips - if the product is in-warranty (purchased in the last year), then you will be good to go. If the product is out-of-warranty, they will give you a reduced (hopefully) cost for A replacement. They are currently out of stock of the HDD models, so they will offer an equivalent SA (which, unfortunately, will not be 30GB).
I would try just one more time - hold the volume + button while the player is disconnected from the computer; continue holding the volume + button as you reconnect the player to the computer, and continue holding volume + after the player has been reconnected for up to one full minute. If the pop-up comes up asking you what you want to do with the player, select "take no action," and check the box that says "perform this action every time". Then disconnect the player, and re-follow the volume + instructions. You can release the volume + key after Windows says "Found Hardware Wizard."
