oke restart your computer.
after that press F5 while the computer tryingn to on,
choose safe mode option athe first of screen
wait untill your windows, splash in safe modeyou
click start, choose Run.
type C:\WINDOWS\system32\Restore\rstrui.exe
enter, select restore my computer to in early time, next
you can choose the date, when your computer in good condition
next
next
wait, it restart automaticly
