If I use the USB connection of my PSP doesn't detect my MEMORY CARD but if is use my card reader to install a game on it.. it will work.. what should i do?

Hi, If you have a psp 2000.I can't advice you to do it youeself because the menu of the psp 2000 is very sensitve. But if you have psp 3000 that has a cfw of gen. Just press select at the home menu of the psp then just change the usb device into memory stick then try it in your computer the files must show. The games are in the iso folder.

Sfter updating frimware in my psp my games dont work at all

lol put your psp games [ .cso or .iso files which most psp games are] in the file named ISO in the root memory of your card and hit select while your psp is on and a VSH menu should come up. set clock speed to 333 and same with the second clock speed option and then go to UMD ISO MODE to SONY NP9660

BIG HELP

is your PSP modified/CFW? if not it wont play cso or iso games. When u formatted your memory stick it will create ISO folder in the root of the memory stick. you said you created the folder, sounds to me that your not using CFW. this wont work.

If your using CFW/modified then format your memory stick using format option of your psp. Copy the cso/iso files to the ISO folder and that should work.

I cant play games in my psp memory stick after i updated to 5.2

Please check you update. If your update is low, you must upgrade it to 3.52 m33 then download a firmware 3.70 m33 or higher to get the m33 recovery.
As your PSP start press SELECT and you can see a menu then go to "UMD ISO MODE" from "normal" change it to "Sony NP9660" then exit.
Now enjoy playing ISO or CSO game. Happy playing.

PSP won't recognize the games on memory stick

Earlier Your PSP was installed with Custom Firmware. Thats why you were able to play Backup ISO's from Memory Stick. You have now updated your firmware to Original SONY firmware  and SONY wont allow you to run Backup ISO's from Memory Stick.
If you want to play Backup ISO's again you need to install Custom Firmware

First Tell me about your PSP firmware Version. If its a orginal SONY firmware you can't play the games from the memory stick. If you are in custom firmware follow this procedure.

1.press the SELECT button so you will get the M33 VSH MENU

CPU Clock XMB - Default
CPU Clock GAME - Default
USB Device - Memory Stick
UMD ISO MODE - Sony NP9660
ISO VIDEO MOUNT - NONE

Make sure that its showing as per the above values. if not change it to the above values.

If still the problem continues check these too..

Go to the recovery menu.>>> configuration >>> Game folder homebrew (currently: 3.XX or 4.XX kernel)

if its showing 1.50 change it to 3.xx or 4.xx

also

Go to Recovery >> Advanced >> Advanced Configuration
and make sure that both the options are Disabled.....

PSP wont play games

To play game on your memory stick you'll need Custom Firmware installed such as M33/OE on your PSP, else if you play a UMD. The last CFw Update is 3.71M33-3.

What is version on your PSP? (on PSP Menu, move across to the "Settings Menu". Scroll down, select to "System Settings" > "System Information" and you should see version of your PSP.)

Here's, how to install CFw Guides. Hope this be of some help/idea. Pls post back a detail should you need additional information. ^_^

Here's at MyBlog, how to install CFw Guides. If this is the first time you've used the Memory Stick Duo, you must format it with PSP to create the proper PSP folder structure. then copy your game *.ISO/CSO into ISO folder, and DevHook folder to the root on your memory.

Hope this helpful/idea. Pls post back should you need additional information. ^_^
