Hi have a nice day!
Check if new fuse is of same type that is needed ie 2A , 2,5A as manual says. dont put different.
If you put correct fuse and blows then there is a short circuit at power supply area or after it and your TV must take to a qualified repair shop.
If you are familiar with electronic repairs write me down make and model to look for a service manual available.

Logik l22 fed12 stuck in wont come out of standby

sounds like a Power Supply Board gone bad, or an internal fuse could be the problem, (which is an easy easy fix. ) just make sure the unit is UNPLUGGED from the wall socket. If it is a power supply they too are easy to replace also.. be sure and be careful some of those cap. can still store energy and give u quite a jolt. NOTE ,,, take pictures of the inside of the TV,. take close up of the power supply and make sure u get the model # off the power supply board itself. and get an exact match when u order. I usually try Shop JImmy.com first. DO NOT remove the power supply till u have the new one in your hands. that way u won't for get how it hooked up..

I try to turn the tv on but there is no power.

check the incoming power with a tester and if ok then check the plug fuse and if burnt replace and if ok proceed to open the tv cover and check the cable continuityand check the fuse in the power supply region if blown, check other components inthe power supply area and replace the faulty ones if any then open the fuse in the power supply and connect a 100w test lamp to see if there is a short circuit. if the bulb lights up and gets dim gradually you ca now remove the lamp and put backthe fuse and test again

however, your tv problem could be solved by simply replacing a burnt fuse but its always advisable to verify the cause of the blown fuse

Tv has sound ,no picture, power light comes on

Tihs would be the power supply unit gone bad.

1. Check power supply fuse if the fuse is blow so are the caps do not try to replace the fuse you will smoke this thing.
2. upon inspection you can remove the power supply unit and buy a new one. There about $150 bucks aftermarket for this unit. So I would be looking for other RCA's with this same series and pull some psu's to save money.

I hope this helps you find a solution for your TV these are nice to have and worth the repair.

The green light on the two speakers and subwoofer will not power on. The power button is on however ther is no power.

There could be a fuse gone in the plug or in the power supply itself. Try a universal power supply to see does that solve the problem.

Can't get power on tv

Is the LED light on? If not then the Power supply may be bad. Try to unplug the TV and then plug back in. There is a fuse near the AC input. Check the fuse If the fuse is OK then the Power supply has gone bad.

V172RTNRA 17 in. LCD is strobing.

I solved my problem when I tried using a different Power supply. The Batesias V171RTNRA uses a 12V 4.2Amp positive center post power supply. I discovered that I had a 12V 3.0Amp power supply that had belonged to a hard drive and decided to give it a try.

It worked like a charm. Something had gone bad with the original Power Supply causing strobing in the picture. With the replacement Power Supply it no longer strobes and works perfectly.

I am not sure if it's the lower Amps that solved the problem or not.

I would check the internal fuses, should be 4, also check the output of the power supply, could be your y block is gone or your power supply.
