Generic problem for all Printers
Printing on CD with Cannon ip4300

I am trying to print directly onto disk on Cannon ip4300,
but on installing of the software I get an error message
about the middle tray is open.
The middle tray has to be open to hold the CD in the F tray.
What is the solution. The printer prints as normal on paper. but not on CD's using the F tray.
The software alludes to changing options that are not presented on the page setup?

perhaps you need to tell the printer settings to choose that tray? if that's already the case, then is the middle tray(F) set for special instructions?
