Your oven switch or control has failed. This is the only way power can get to the igniter. Sometimes this is the cause for the igniter failure like the previous one you had. Could have fried it out pretty quick.

Turn on oven and temp stays at 75. No gas comes on and igniter does not glow. Replaced igniter and still have same problem. Have 120 volts in and out of igniter and it does not glow. Help?

Lets take a look at yer wirin diagram.
You have 4 components in the oven heating circuit. The control, the ignitor, the safety valve, and the sensor.
Ignitor has been replaced with no help right? Did you check for continuity of the gas safety valve?
themobilian_1659.jpgIf yall have nothing (open circuit) between the two terminals then the valve is bad. Won't no ignitor glow with an open safety valve. Next thing:
Sensor: 1100 ohms @room temp. Erratic or open sensor and the oven won't KNOW what the temp is. themobilian_1660.jpg
Finally and I say finally because yall want to replace the most expensive part which is the control last, after yall know for sure it ain't all of the above mentioned components.

I have some service manuals and more HERE

Maytag gas range model CRG9700C Turn the oven on and the igniter glows but the oven doesn't light. The top broiler works fine. What parts do I need and is it a very complicated repair?

The problem is usually the igniter not reaching the correct amp draw .When the igniter does not reach the correct amp draw it may allow the gas valve to partially open or not open at all. The igniters are inexpensive and easy to replace. This video will walk you thru the correct procedure for testing an oven igniter. It may be a different model but the testing will be the same. You can also enter your model # for diagrams and illustrations of your specific model. Not all models are available. All parts come with installation instructions.

I smell gas when I turn on my oven. I replaced the gas line but have the same result.

Your Maytag wall oven is equipped with
pilotless ignition. Heat from the Glow Bar
ignitor lights the oven burner. With this type of
ignition system, the oven will not operate
during a power failure or if the wall oven is
disconnected from the wall outlet.

if it is plugged in and everything, your glow bar may be broken, which would mean you will either need to replace it, or get professional service.
