Have you tried shutting down all power to your oven at the electrical panel, waiting 10 minutes and then returning power to the unit? Procedure could reset the defaults. Best of luck.

Electric Phases for Hobart Oven

you must understand this : your electric oven must be indicate if it is a single phase( use 3 wires for 230 2 hot wires + 1 Neutral see the diagram like dryer? you must sure about this. Normally any appliance for home are single phase NOT 3 phase.

2) If you electric oven, say 3 PHASES( use 4 WIRES, 3 hot wires+1 Neutral wires) this for industrial application +comercial 270266c5-a0ad-44dc-9f40-e963255d47f5.jpgNOT for home

However if you system is 3 phase you must need to install 3phase transformer.ba1c9d4d-85e3-4744-8ce5-2f25c6e34ad3.jpg

I'm looking for a Jenn Air wall oven W136 schematic, is there one available?

Jenn-Air is now a division of Whirlpool so you might want to check with their closest service company and ask if there is a wiring diagram pasted inside a panel of the unit. This is common practice on many appliances.

Need to change oven from 440 3 phase to 220 single phase hobart cn90 oven

It can be done with a transformer, 480/ 240 single phase transformer to get the lower voltage. Then the oven will require some wiring changes to get all the elements and controls connected to two hot wires instead of three. The transformed will be sized to the wattage rating of the oven. This is a only basic description of what needs to take place.

Vulcan convection oven has pilot lit and fan blows but no ignition. The schematic is too small, grease smeared and partly ripped to be of use. Is a schematic available or is the cause obvious to an...

The list of problems is as long as the one Obama inherited when he took over. Good news though, the most expensive part works, the blower motor! The pilot is established which rules out a gas issue. The two most common problems are, either the temp controller or the infinate switch is bad. Your unit has one or the other but, not both. Controller has several wires leading to it & has a green or tan circuit board on it, infinate switch is a small black or white 2 inch square box with 4 or 5 wires leading to it. Each one of these are mounted thru the front control panel & both have knobs. Temp board around $180, infinate switch around $45. As far as the schematic is concerned, Vulcan was bought by Hobart & they DO NOT give out schematics or service manuals.
