If you have tried installing the printer driver in the computer already using the installation cd, uninstall it by going to Windows logo Start Menu > Programs > Lexmark Series folder > Tools > Uninstall. After uninstalling, restart pc. Then, check if your computer is running on 32-bit or 64-bit operating system by going to Windows logo Start Menu > right click on Computer > Properties. Now, there are no Windows 7 driver for the printer, however, the Vista drivers are compatible with it. I recommend you use the driver for Vista available for download in the Lexmark website.To download, just click on the links:
- Driver for Windows Vista (for 32-bit Vista)
- Driver for Windows Vista X64 bit. (for 64-bit Vista)

abadifaouzi Bonjour, J'ai bien installé le pilote que vous préconisez (cjs5200EN) mais ma version window 7 64-bit refuse de reconnaitre l'imprimante ; y'a t-il une solution plus adéquate?

printmastert Il pourrait le câble USB. Déconnectez l'imprimante de votre ordinateur. Redémarrez votre PC. Débranchez et rebranchez l'imprimante dans la prise de courant dans le mur pour le réinitialiser. Lorsque l'imprimante sous tension, reconnectez le câble USB connecté à l'imprimante dans votre ordinateur. Assurez-vous que le câble est correctement inséré dans le port juste derrière l'imprimante et dans votre ordinateur. Note: Ceci est traduit en utilisant translate.google.com.

abadifaouzi salut mes chers amis du FIXYA, tout en vous remerciant de votre attention, je me dois de signaler que mon imprimante lexmark x5250 sur wind7 64-bit a fait démarrer le scanner et initialiser les documents mais pas l'imprimante (avec le cjs5200EN vista)! Cependant une affiche pécise qu'aucun pilote n'est installé bien que le scanner réagit à merveille.Peut-il exister autre chose plus serieuse? votre trés obligé.
