My phone not accepting security code to unlock the phone. i entered correct code but not accepting . how to unlock it

Please get the master reset code from service provider...

ur defalt phone code is 12345 or 00000 or 0000 u can use it
You may try default phone and security code to remove restrictions.
Default 4 Digit user code: 1234 or 0000
Default 6 Digit Security code: 123456 or 000000

First type *#06# in your mobile and get IMEI number for your mobile

Here are instructions for unlocking a LG VX9200. Before you start make sure that you
have a non accepted sim card.
1. First you need to start up your LG VX9200 with a sim card from a non accepted network.
2. Your phone will display “phone restricted” select cancel.
3. Your phone will now display “phone restriction code”. Enter your unique unlock code. Select “OK”.
4. Your phone is now unlocked.
As long as you enter the correct unlock code your LG VX9200 will be unlocked allowing you to use
it with any sim card. If you don’t have the unlock code search the web for websites that sell unlock codes.

SECURITY CODE from page 54 of your manual:
Your phone prompts you for a five-digit security code for certain features and commands.
Access is granted only after the correct security code has been entered successfully.
The default security code is 12345. It is recommended that you change this code at once,
write it down, and store it in a safe place away from your phone.
Important: When entering your security code, ***** is displayed on the screen to
keep others from viewing your code.
You can delete the last entered digit by pressing Clear (or by pressing and holding Clear to
delete all the digits more quickly). Enter the correct code or press Back to exit. If you enter an
incorrect security code (Code error will appear) five times in a row, your phone won’t accept
any entries for the next five minutes.
Change your security code
1 Press Menu 4-5-2-4 (Settings > Security settings > Access codes > Change security code)
and press Select.
2 Enter existing (or default) security code and press OK.
Security and System settings
3 Enter new five-digit security code and press OK.
4 Re-enter your new five-digit security code for verification, then press OK.
Your phone displays the confirmation message Security code changed.
Important: If you change your security code and don’t remember the new code,
contact your service provider. Once you change your security code, the default code
is no longer valid.

Pin Unlock Code (PUK)
If you miss key (or forget) your SIM pin code, and enter the wrong one 3-5 times in a row, the SIM will lock up, and you’ll need to enter the PUK unlock code to release it. You should ask your Network Service Provider for this code when you need it. Don’t try to guess it, because after a few wrong guesses, the SIM card will be permanently disabled.
Phone Security Code:
This locks the handset, as opposed to the sim card. You can also set some handsets to only accept a “new” sim if the phone security code is entered. To reset it, you need the Master code code:
