There is no such animal on the market. You can download a trial version from Microsoft which is the full version that will work for 30 days unless you purchase a registration code, product key. Even if you had the software and only needed the product key I couldn't give you mine because each version only works with certain keys. I know of no hacker sites that have this information yet and legally couldn't pass it on if I did.
You need to use a firewire cable to transfer the video stream from camera to the PC. This is because the gs34 (supposedly) does not support full speed USB 2.0. You need to have a firewire port on your computer. If you do not have one, you can purchase a firewire card.

Sorry to inform you that there is no full version of windows XP which is downloadable, because all the OS products of Microsoft are need a license so you need to buy a license windows XP OS, remember that their is no piracy policy.
