Sony has recently discovered that with certain units of its "Cyber-shot" DSC-T20 digital still camera, a symptom may arise in which the camera body may vibrate when it is powered on, due to a mechanical failure affecting the lens, and it prevents the camera user from being able to shoot. To ensure customer satisfaction, Sony will provide a free repair service when this symptom occurs within certain units covered by the serial numbers indicated in the serial number validation box below.
