Question about Computers & Internet
I got a problem with my CPE which I could no longer access using my username and password. I am hoping that there's such a way that I can handle this situation which I can reset the device manually, since that I could no longer access the device and the problem also that there is no reset button.
Thank you for the best help!
I am also getting the same problem. There is no RESET button on Hawking Print Server WA739P. I've forgotten the password so how do I fix this issue?

There should be a reset button somewhere in the access point.
Can you tell me your brand and model so i can provide more assistance.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

Sorry you will have to set it up again
Unfortunately, there is no way to recover a lost or forgotten password from a router or access point; you will need to reset the device to factory defaults. However, once the device is reset to factory defaults, you can use the default username ("admin") and password (either "password" or "1234" depending on your router) to reconfigure your router settings.
hope this helps
