You cannot stretch a belt. There should be a bolt on the motor that you can loosen to allow the motor to pivot, allowing you to easily install the belt.

Belt is not adjusted tight enough when being fitted, if no adjustment can be made by moving the motor then the belt may be stretched and will need replacing, the drum bearings may be faulty and causing the pulley to be out of alignment, water may be getting on to belt causing it to slip off.
Use a tie wrap to hold the belt it in position on the main pulley. Hold the belt in position on the small pulley while rotating the drum to wind and stretch the belt around the main pulley. Once on, cut the tie strap and discard.
not absolutely sure of your exact model, but most washer belts on put on by putting them on the motor the stretching to the tub pulley and holding it there while you move the pulley which then stretches the belt to fit for you.
There is a tensioner on the floor. It may have slipped out ... pop the top off and remove the front of the machine. Sprin clips hold the top.
Around the drum, through the tensioner and around the pulley. Reassemble
It will be the correct belt, they are meant to be tight as they are a elasticated stretch belt, that is why there is no adjustment on the motor.Fit it round the motor pulley first, and slowly ease it round the drum pulley, turning the pulley at the same time.
Watch your fingers, just keep going, it will go on/

There is a removeable cover at bottom rear of washer..
Undo this, and you will see the motor and belt.
It will be very tight to put on, but this is normal as it is a stretch belt, that is why there is no adjustment on motor.

The motor is non adjustable on this washer.
Tilt washer forward, get someone to hold it steady, and put belt round motor pulley first, then slip belt on drum pulley, and slowly turn drum by hand, feeding the belt on as you turn drum, be careful not to trap fingers, as it is very tight, this is normal, as the belt is a stretch type, this is the reason the motor is non adjustable.

Remove lower rear panel, tilt washer forward, getting someone to help, and fit belt round motor pulley, then fit belt round drum pulley, slowly turning the drum pulley round as you feed the belt on, it is very tight, and you might think the belt is to small, but this is normal, as the belt stretches, just persist, but be careful you do not trap your fingers. this is a common problem as nowadays stretchy belts are used in order to avoid motor adjustment.
fitting requires some brute force. the way i do it is to put the belt on the motor pulley then start it as much as i can on the drum pulley. turn the drum pulley keeping force sideways to push the belt on and as you turn, the belt will go on
The belt goes around the drum and onto the motor pulley. No need to loosen anything. Put tension on the belt and fit it onto the motor pulley by gently turning the motor and pushing the belt onto the pulley at the same time.
