Please visit the website you registered email on. (for example www.yahoomail.com ) here you will find a link such as "i cant access my account " or "forgot your password" . Click the link and enter your personal information in the page which appears. it will tell you the email address and also will assign a token password which can be changed afterwards.

You will not be able to access yahoo mail unless or otherwise, you forgot the password or username. Click "Forgot Username or Forgot Password or Cant access my account " near sign in button.
And you should answer the security questions and once you answer properly, you will get your access to your mail.
Go to your yahoomail and click i cant access my account, there is always a space for "i cant access my account" before u can enter your yahoomail, since u use the same password for your mail and messenger. two secret questions were asked when you signed into yahoomail, try and remember those questions also. follow the guidelines set before you.
when registering to yahoomail its not me woh signed up but i gave my friend to sign up for me.so,he just gave me the id and password,not giving me security questions and i was comfortable myself not knowing that they are important.so, one day i wanted to change a password because it was known to a certain person.in the process i was shown that i changed the password successively and i was told to login to comfirm the new password,as i was trying to login,my yahoo id and the password were denied saying they were invalid.i tried the previous one but all the same it was the same invalid shown.After that,i thought of my contacts unfortunately no to be found and they are very important.my previous mail address was [email protected] and the password was 12345678 please ...help me as possible as you can.
