Try resetting ur phone. It can also occur if your phone is effected by some kind of virus. You will have to reset and format your phone to remove virus.
if the virus is really huge and you can't do a thing to eradicate it, i'll suggest that you erase everything on your cellphone and that means including the memory card, then you rewrite the features and apps on your cellphone
reinstall the phone softwre. maybe the present software had been corrupted. u can update your phone software by using nokia software updater application.
your cell infected with virus you want to HARD FORMAT, switch off your mobile phone 1st, then press and hold 3 keys at a time star key, green dial key, and no. 3 key. then switch on your phone. do not unhold all three key's until nokia's logo come's [hand shake] . it's done. you have to select your city. mean's your phone is virus free now. [get backup of your contacts and messeges before formatting or you will lose your data]
u can format ur 6670 phone by typing *,3,call bove button (note: u hve 2 press all 3 buttons together) and also press now power ON switec....u hve to press these key combination until formating screen will not appear...
your unit is full, delete or move some from your phone memory to your other memory. if it doesn't help, i think you unit has a virus. scan your removable memory in your computer or format your memory on your computer not on your cellphone. the virus on the phone cannot be remove by anti-virus of the cellphone, it can only be remove by reformatting or reprogram your unit.
