Yes, no problem. Just read the instructions on pairing, or click on my Name and then Tips and read my bit on Pairing Bluetooth Devices. I have a number of Bluetooth devices pair to my iPhone 6 and 7. If you have any problems, reply by COMMENT to this post under my name and I will get a notification to help you.
Headsets, car kits, and such, have a hardcoded passkey, usually set to '0000' (four zeros).
On the other hand, for pairing between smartphones, computers, and such, the device which starts the pairing process can choose any code the user wants. You could use e.g. the same '0000' from the hardcoded devices, of course, provided that the device you are pairing yours to, specifies the same pairing code.
Hope I have made myself somewhat clear here, since English is not my natural language.
The 09 Prius should be compatible with your ENV3 from LG, and is capable of having several phones paired with it (not all at once). If you're having problems with your bluetooth pairing, you might want to check out this link:
I have the env Touch and the Jabra Halo. Initially, I had a problem pairing the two, then I realized that I was not following the directions properly. The manual shows two sections for pairing ("first time pairing" and "later pairing"). I was following the instructions for the former when I should have been following the latter. I also failed to notice that the BT indicator was flashing blue and not solid blue, as it needs to be, for pairing mode. So, if you haven't already done so, follow the instructions for "later pairing" here. Make sure that you see the SOLID blue light on the BT indicator on the headset when you try to pair.
