Question about Cameras
With the indulgence of Ekse...
based on your post/description, you have an Aiptek DZO-V58N. The Windows 2K or XP drivers are here. The manual is here.
If on the other hand you are using Windows Vista, then that would be another ballgame. To my knowledge, the Aiptek DZO-V58N is not supported in Vista, meaning there are no supplied drivers. Pls post back if you are indeed using Vista that we can try figure anything else.
Alternately, if you are using the optional memory card, you can remove it, pop it into a memory card reader, plug the USB connector to one of the USB ports of your PC and read it as an external storage device. Thereafter, you can copy/download, erase or do just about anything.
Hope this be of initial help/idea. Pls post back how things turned up or should you need additional information.
Good luck and kind regards.
Thank you for using FixYa.

Hey, please provide me with some details
do you have a driver cd for the camcorder and a USB cable to connect it to your pc?
First step is to install drivers for your device if there was no cd with it. Try connecting it to your pc. What happens? does windows detect it and install it sucess fully or does it complain?
If the camcorder is connected and seems to be working, no error popups etc come up.
Open my computer and see if you see a removeable storage device. If your uncertain unplug the camera from your pc to see witch drive disapears, if noting happens press f5. Then plug it back in and take notice on witch device comes up.
The one that appeared is your cameras memory, double click on it to open the drive. You might need to browse trought a few folders but your videofiles are there.
