Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

Download a current version of windows media player on your pc and open it. when it opens it will ask if you want to search for music on your pc - choose yes or ok. The media player will locate any music files on your pc and bring them into it so you can see them. use the "sync" function to convert the file formats to mp3, then connect your player to your pc using the cable and transfer the music to it. the sync function should convert the files to mp3 format first and then when they are converted - it should sync or transfer them to a useable version on your mp3 player.. Be patient, the sync feature is sometimes slow.

You can get support for your player via this link:

http://www.kb.sony.com/selfservice/microsites/search.do?cmd=displayKC&externalId=C549725&fes=true&mdl=NWZB105F

Read the instructions and follow them step by step. This way your device will perhaps be detected by your PC.
Good luck!

When i plug the mp3 to my computer it does not whant to install it and i cant find another way to install it how do i install it?

That means the pc is unable to download the driver of your mp3. In this case look online searching the specific model driver of your mp3 and Download it and your pc shall read your mp3 connection properly.

Computer not detecting

Try this: disconnect the player from the computer, turn it off, hold in the volume + button, and reconnect the player to the computer while holding the volume + button in. Keep holding the volume + button for an additional 5-50 seconds. Windows should eventually go into recovery mode and revive the player- it will pop up a window that says Found New Hardware Wizard.

THEN, do the "Repair" in the Philips Device Manager

Creative Zen V Plus stops reading

· Make sure you have media player 11
· If you can, the best test is to try your player with another PC, to see if you still have the problem. This localises whether the problem is with the PC (most likely the USB) or the player. See the link below (search on "connection problems") for a lot more troubleshooting on this.
· Download recovery tool off creative's website.
