Question about GPS
I have a Humming bird fish finder that will turn on, but will not go into the various fuctions as I press the different buttons to get it into the various funcions. Do you know of anyone than can work on it or can look to see if it needs a new motherboard or whatever to get it working. Any help will be appreciated.
Save hours of searching online or wasting money on unnecessary repairs by talking to a 6YA Expert who can help you resolve this issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
Here's a link to this great service

I finally got an email reply from Navman. If the unit is less than two years old (mine is not) they will repair it. If it is over two years old, or if you can't prove that it is less than two years old, you can ship it to them and they will repair it for the low, low price of 355 US dollars.
Pretty nice of them since it appears these units are highly problematic isn't it? I am wondering if they guarantee their fix, or just have you on the hook for another 355 dollars later.
Good Luck Everyone,

SOURCE: n40i won't turn on
The motherboard has died and is costly to replace ( if you can even get one now)
Often cheaper to buy anothert GPS If you do get an Altina from Marbella Australia, they have great service and backup and a damn good FAQ on what not to do
