Hi, i've installed the hp f380 deskjet driver and get ready to print, but i can't go thru' the printing, message shows: the print spooler service is not running... what can i do?

Your problem is a MS Windows problem.
Try to start the spooler service:
1. press the Windows key (the one with the Windows symbol on it), and simultaneously the R key
2. type: services.msc
3. In the displayed list, locate the "Print spooler" service.
4. Right click on it, in the menu that appears click on "Start"

Paper jamming problems with HP DeskJet F380 All-In-One Printer . The paper feeds into the paper feeder but then it seems to get off line and the paper get stuck and actually tears in the feeder. The...

Hi,
Remove the jammed paper. Unplug the printer from the mains and PC. Inspect the rollers, etc for tiny paper piece(s) that may be stuck, or other debris. Try to clean rollers and make sure they are dry.
Keep printer unplugged for about 2 minutes and replug and try a test print.
Also make sure that you have waited long enough for the printer to heat up before giving a print job.
Finally, it could be an issue with the paper sensor. If this is the case, you will probably have to take the printer in for servicing..

Hope that helps!

Thanks

HP Deskjet F380

Hi nhehernandez,

Here is what you should do to get that printer working. Assuming that you have all the ink cartridges installed, the printer loaded up with paper and turned on (but not yet connected to the computer), here is what to do next.

1. Browse to this website address and download/install the specific drivers for your particular computer operating system:
http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/softwareCategory?product=1128296&lc=en&cc=us&dlc=en&lang=en&cc=us

2. Follow the instructions that display on your computer monitor.

Hope that helps,

Take care,

Michael
