I HAVE JUST INSTALLED PRINTER. WHEN I TRY TO PRINT MY COMPUTER TELLS ME TO ADD PAPER AND THE DISPLAY ON THE PRINTER SHOWS AN "E". THE PAPER TRAY IS FULL. IS THIS AN ERROR MESSAGE . CAN YOU HELP. THANKS MAREE

try to look inside the paper feeder sometimes there was some instances a piece of teared paper or small sediments drop off in there.. if it not, try to check the rubber roller on the paper feeder.. and please check if some springs are dislocated..
