Question about Televison & Video
Sounds like the high voltage stages aren't firing up. Could be a number of things: Blown fuse, bad horiz output transistor, bad regulator IC, bad flyback transformer.
The reason this happens is because the high voltage also supplies the rest of the voltages needed to operate.
