Cordless optical mouse for notebook red 931151-0403
Purchased an optical mouse logitech 931151-0403 red for my daughters laptop. It came with no installation instructions or software cd etc and does not plug and play. Laptop operates on windows vista. What do I do to get the mouse working?

Hi three, uninstall the Logitech V220 Cordless optical mouse driver from the laptop and then restart the laptop again. Now install that Logitech V220 Cordless optical mouse driver again . I am sure its will start working. If not then make sure your batter Is properly fixed inside in the mouse & that's fully charged. After those thing if still not working then visit service center, because the mouse censer stop working and its damaged.
Thanks & waiting for your feedback.
If this is a cordless Optical mouse it uses a red optical beam to sense the surface below it. This is how it moves the pointer. If this is the same mouse/keyboard combo I have it does not have any other lights on the mouse itself.
It is quite annoying when its dark in the room since the bottom is somewhat transparent.
Logitech.com When you go to the website you will see a location list like North America or Europe. Go to the right page and then look for your mouse using the guide which actually has pictures to match to your mouse. Good luck!
