Just follow the procedure when you open the front cover. The Drum and Developer units are one unit. Press down to release the unlock lever of the image unit to be replaced. Then pull out the image/developer unit Black. Upper units are toner cart.

This machine has more than one drum unit, its a color machine. You have three color and one black as well as 4 developer units. You need to know which one needs to be removed. Shut the machine down unplug it from the wall. The upper units are the drums, which should easily slide out. If I remember correctly you have to flip up a clip on the front of each drum unit first to slide the drum out.

Where is the Black Polygon Mirror Motor in the bizhub c203
there are four polygon motors in side the print head which is located below each drums, the polygon motor is what spreads LASER beam across the length of the drum with the image. To replace you replace all four yellow, magenta, cyan and black, black in particular because that is the reference color for the color print heads

I move a new imaging unit to another copier but they show as full
there is a chip on the image unit they keep track of the drum turns and info

try this site for the service manual, though i recommend a tech do that so you dont damage the drum associsted sensors

Fusing motor failure to turn remove the fusing unit. Check for proper operation. If the orange rollers are chewed up replace the fuser unit

How far will my bizhub c203 print with the message "please replace the following unit(s)"?
it depends on the percentage of the coverage on the paper about 4 to 6 percent coverage can do a few copies several hundred but it is not a good idea to do this as if you run it till it stops you can end up twith a lot of copy quality issues. when it says replace consumables this must be done you are not loosing what the machine is telleing you is that there is no more toner in the box now the remaining toner in the developer unit is getting low or the drums need replacing you can replace the chip on the drums but there is no gurantee that you will get other issues later
