Youll have to either perform a system restore to an earlier time or boot from your vista cd and reinstall your operating system. If the machine wont boot up to the cd setup program but goes straight to vista youll have to enter the bios ( usually by pressing del or f2 during post) and change the boot order to boot from cd first.

How can i change my user password unable to sign in?

In this case, you will need to reset your Windows Vista password.

If your computer is on a domain, only your network administrator is authorized to reset your password. If your computer is not on a domain, you can reset the password by using a password reset disk. To know more about password reset disk, you can refer to the link below:
http://windows.microsoft.com/en-in/windows/create-password-reset-disk#1TC=windows-vista

If you do not have a password reset disk, the only option you are left with is to re-install Windows. The following link can be useful to know more about what to do when you have forgot your Windows password:

Fixing "BOOTMGR is missing" Error While Trying to Boot Windows Vista

If your Windows Vista computer has encountered the dreaded "BOOTMGR is missing" error, you aren't alone. If the problem isn't hardware related you can fix it with relative ease as long as you have a Windows Vista DVD handy.

Boot off the Windows Vista DVD and then click Next at the first prompt:

You should see a link in the lower left-hand side for "Repair your computer"

The installation process will attempt to find your Vista installation directory. If there's more than one in the list, select the correct one and then use the Next button again.

Click the first link for "Startup Repair"

The installation process will repair the system, and then prompt for you to reboot.

Alternatively you could have chosen the Command Prompt option instead, and use the following command to fix the boot options only:
bootrec /fixboot

At this point you should be able to reboot your computer, remove the DVD and everything should be working.

It doesn't matter without a reset disk, you can use Windows Password Reset to create a new reset disk to reset windows vista password.

Here are how it use.
Step1:Download and install Windows Password Reset .
Step2:Burn Windows Password Reset ISO file to CD/DVD,or USB.
Step3:Put in your newly created CD and remove your Windows Password.

Reset vista password by yourself, just so easy.

How do i reboot my computer to the way it was went window first made it?? erase everything!!

You didn't mention what windows you are using but if you have a backup (may be there when you bought it) then here are some quick links

vista:
http://windows.microsoft.com/en-AU/windows-vista/What-are-the-system-recovery-options-in-Windows-Vista

windows 7:
http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/668-system-recovery-options.html

or just google "windows system recovery for more information"

Short of that, you would require a reformat/re-installation from disc which is a more complicated procedure.

I cannot reboot my acer computer because the admin. password was changed, and I do not have the Vista disk either.

Could you please let me know do you have administrator password, by rebooting the computer in safe mode (F8 Key at logo appear). If yes then revert quickly.. so that we can figure it out....

OR

Try This..

Warning If you use an administrator account to reset the password, you will permanently lose access to any e‑mail messages or encrypted files that are on that account.
Note These steps cannot be completed on Windows Vista Starter, Windows Vista Home Basic, and Windows Vista Home Premium.
  1. Log on to the administrator account that you will use to reset the forgotten password.
  2. Open Local Users and Groups by clicking the Start button , typing lusrmgr.msc into the Search box, and then pressing ENTER. If you are prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.
  3. Double-click Local Users and Groups, and then click Users.
  4. Right-click the account that you need to reset the password for, and then click Set Password.
  5. Type and confirm the new password.
