Issue with 4 of 20 student stations. Video garbles. Replace drivers, no effect. Update drivers, no effect. Works in safe mode only, but at higher resolutions in normal mode, video is a mess. Installed TNT2 Vanta AGP cards and all is functioning as it should. Annoying as I just had another fail this morning.

Intel E210882 Motherboard can't ON

> Check the power connection to your computer in good condition.
> Remove the SW on the motherboard connection and switch on the computer by using the SW pin tespen to affect positively and negatively. (To make sure the button on / off function)

If your computer can be turned on this means that the button on / off there is a problem but if the contrary, create a test on your computer power supply box in a manner which was troubleshooting with the power supply box which is still functioning properly or even better one.(Problems on the motherboard can also cause your computer can not be turned on)
If you have to do some tests and the problem is not coming from your motherboard, I believe there is no problem for your computer is switched on and used as usual.

Have Dell E210882 MTB and need pwr-switch pin locations

No, don't automatically assume the mobo is broken. Look closely at all the pins. There should be a 4x2 rectangle of pins, maybe coloured. They'll say things like 'PWR-SWTCH' and 'çPU-LIGHT'
Connect those up, and your mobo manual should have specific details on what goes where.
