Not enough memory means your phone is too full of data IE. Pics Gallery, Themes, Contacts, Applications, Games, Msgs, Delivery Reports, Applications etc...
The phone needs a certain amount of memory to function.
Don't use/open more than one program at a time.
If you press on the menu button for 2 seconds the phone will show you the open applications, I think so anyway, but I'm not sure about your model, try it.

I think there may be some bad sector formation in your memory so i suggest you to get your cell flashed with the technician...
this formation might have occured due to the virus attack to your cell ...
Flashing means they will install the new operating software, firmware which is needed for the successfull operating of the cell ...
if you flash your cell everything will get reseted it will become just like brand new set ... it will work fine then ...
your memory will also get resetted ...
so i suggest you to take your cell to technician & get flashed ..
any way this doesnt charge much ...

a 6ya Technician can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repair professionals here in the US.
click here to Talk to a Technician (only for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

You cannot send messages because the
message centre number stored in your mobile may be wrong.
Please enter the correct message
centre number. To get the correct message centre number please call your service
provider and they will provide you the number.
