Check the usb connection first.....if its fine go for the next step.....check the scanners and cameras in control pannel....everthing fine go for next step.........check the device manager and check it out any confliction are thr.....fine...just go for update driver in device manager for scanner hardware....and reboot..u ll get the scanner again. have a nice day
