These are different types of codes. SIM pin code: This is a pin code that locks the sim card until you enter the correct code. This protects your account, even if your sim is put into another handset. Phone Security Code: This locks the handset, as opposed to the sim card. Some phones will accept incoming calls with this lock enabled, but many require the code to be entered even to answer a call. You can also set some handsets to only accept a "new" sim if the phone security code is entered.

First Option: Phone in the Other Sim and check the Phone Network Signal If Network Signal Problem not Solved So Secend Option: Your Phone Network IC Fault So Please change Network IC And Network Signal Problem will Solved if it is there isn't much you can do on this side of the network. 1. Make sure that your contract is up
2. Be moving out of the country where your provider does not service
