There is no magic solution, to un-locking, un-blocking. Removing SIM locks, security locks or any other kind of security/safety codes. When you do have a code you still have to know how to use it.
But if you go to a repair shop where they use devices that cost anything between £200 to £900 to do these jobs, then you get an immediate result. They will of course check the International Mobile Equipment Identity number against any that have been blacklisted.
