My cd player/radio lights, info screen lights, heater/ac light and cigarette lighter stopped working, but the cd player/radio still works on my 2005 Chevy Tahoe....how can i fix this?

Fuse 4 does the cigarette light and the side mirrors. Do the mirrors work?

The problem is that even if you replace fuse #2 and fuse #8 in the engine compartment, possibly restoring map lights, air conditioning, heater and radio, it is very likely some component is busted and drawing too much power through the fuses. It is possible that the bearings in the heater need oiling finally drying out after 10 years That fuse #2 handles multiple power on functions and if it is blown, you have to round up the usual suspects, i. e. test further to see just which component has truly failed..

I would see the Audi dealer service department on this, I think the radio has failed.

It is quite true that your problem is likely a burnt out fuse. It is common for the radio and the cigarette lighter to be on the same circuit. The fuse box for this will probably be behind the drivers side kick panel underneath the steering wheel. It might require some contortion for your to get in there, but it will be there. There should be a fuse diagram on the back of the fuse box cover. This will help you identify fuses.

It can be the problem with cd player mechanism,on many cases just removing the cd player system out of dash and servicing the unit helps to take care of such problems.

good day, you may have a fuse problem, try to check your fusebox and see if you have a busted or fried fuse, if u do then have it replaced. hope this helps, have a nice day

how about checking the fuse and wiring to lighter

good be dimmer switch, but only if all dash lights are out,like radio heater control, cig light,if those still work then i would say its bulbs.

Check behind the dash for loose wiring connections. Check for bulkhead connectors that could have possibly come partially apart. Check for any under dash grounds that are ready to break or have become frayed.
