1. Save the Pagemaker document. If you don't do this before proceeding, a pop-up box will remind you.

2. Go to File>Export>Adobe PDF. A dialogue box of PDF options will come up.

3. Determine what you want to use the PDF for. If you are exporting for a specific print job, the printer will give you Distiller settings. Otherwise, in Job Name, just choose the settings that most closely meet your requirements: High Quality Print for a printout, Smallest File Size for a document that will be viewed online.

4. Click "Export." An "Export PDF As" dialogue box will pop up. Choose the folder in which you wish to save the PDF, and name the file. Check the "View PDF" box, so the PDF will open after it has been created.

5. Watch the dialogue box. It should show that Distiller is creating the file. When finished, the PDF document will open.

Check your settings in InDesign for PDF Export. The Export as Spreads is probably checked. Uncheck to produce single pages.

tally data to excel converting . i have some data export to excel but no excel formating you have some tally data to excel spred sheet software

you need Adobe Acrobat Professional or Adobe Indesign in order to export or convert your documents to PDF format. There are several ways to do it, you can even use Adobe PDF printer and create PDF versions of anything you print.

It depend on many question!? what did you use? Microsoft word? Neo Office? open office? or....?
I think it's better to reinstall that plugin/program and test it again

You can actually do a SAVE AS and select .eps as one of your file formats. You also have the option if you have photoshop to export out as a .jpg then open it in photoshop and resave the file

Export to Excel With new release now you would get one more options while exporting data. One added format option is Excel format. If you export in this format then file would be saved in xls format. More over if you put Excel formating option to Yes then tally would automatically format the data in presentable format. Tally would automatically bold the headlines and main fields for you and format data in a good way. Take a look at excel snapshot of balance sheet exported from Tally.

The special thing here is that you can do the calculation on any amount figure or any row or column, which was earlier not possible. The only drawback which i could find was that amount figures are not right aligned which is must for numbers for easy calculation, although you can do it by selecting the amount figures and putting them right aligned.
