I can help you here follw my pictures and be sure you have a reciever hooked up so the TV can identify it.In some cases like in picture #2 you have to tell the TV that its on by entering it in your self ,(notice the pic.2 Ive selected NO on right side ) you have to use the Volume /Enter keys to make the change, and you probably already learned that you have to highlite each move your at that your changing.Mitsubishi 5051 - d116022.jpg9f9fa1f.jpg

NO VIDEO OR AUDIO ON ANY INPUT, BUT HAS MENU DISPLAY

If you try to change the chanel on the remote and you don't get snow, then your set is in home theater mode and stuck on EXT-1 input.
You will have to get into the menu under advanced settings and turn off Home Theater.

Hope this helps.

My mitsubishi tv ws48613 has no audio or vidio. menu screen only and will not except channel memory

It sounds to me like your set is stuck in home theater mode.
You will need to pull up the menu and select advanced in the next menu, then navigate to home theater and turn it off.
The home theater mode fixes your Television to input one or Aux 1.

If you need any further help please reply to this post.
I hope that this helps you with this issue.

Can't get it back to tv input - tv connected to 2 direct tv satellites. changed input to dvd mode and now tv mode won't come back up. went to menu to change input and still cannot get tv to come up

You set may be set to Home Theater mode.
I think it is in the advanced menu.
Set home theater to off. This will fix the input on the television to input one, no matter what you do.

I hope that this helps you.

Power light is on, menu info shows on screen, but no picture. Satellite does not show picture and DVD player does not show picture. Both are hooked through Bose home theater which seems to be working.

You should be able to use the device button on the remote control. If this does not work, try going into the menu and disable the home theater mode. The home theater mode locks the TV to input 1. I believe that it is in the advanced menu from the main menu.

I hope this information allows you to resolve this issue.

I had to unplug my cable/tv last night and when I turned it on this morning I could not get the menu to display the cable accept on the menu screen. I went in to turn off the home theater and the cable...

Push the menu button and enter 1370 and push enter and the tv picture will appear on the screen. If it does not push the input button until the picture appears.

Input problem

your tv is set to "Home Theater mode" . Use "menu" key on your remote, go to "advanced feature", then go to "use home theater" then hit "cancel" to return to standard mode. If this does not work try unplugging the tv for 4 hours to return to factory default settings

Mitsubishi vs 5051 rear projection tv sound but no picture

No video but good audio Mitsubishi VS5051. Check R509 and R 519, 100 ohm resistors located on the main PCB near the flyback transformer. Also bad connections on any of the yokes and the vertical output IC will cause the same problem.
