I recently received a Verizon RAZR V3m, less than a week ago. Everything seems to be working fine, but all of a sudden, the keypad backlight display has stopped working. It worked intermittently yesterday, not it doesn't come on at all. Any suggestions???
The Motorola V3m has a light sensor, which is visible just above the right soft key -- the key above the CLR button. This light sensor turns the backlight on when you press a key in the dark and disables the keypad backlight when you are in a well-lit area.
Your phone sounds like it's operating normally. I believe they disabled the option to activate or deactivate that feature.

As other Hard Drives memory card has also it's MBR. Your MMC is seems corrupt in it's file system. Just format it in computer using FAT file system and it will work again OK. Frequently on and off leads it's file system towards corruption. When it will be fine it will co-operat your phone. Don't forget to take back-up before formatting.
