It is so annoying. It has been going on and off, auto adjusting forever. I've checked the tightness of the connections, looked for an "off" switch on the menu but no luck.

    How is that done?

I have not come across this problem.Anyhow you can try checking the electrolytic capacitor leakage and resistance changes around power input.

Why does the monitor keep "Adjusting" and how do I

In the setup Menu you probably have the auto adjust enabled.
go into the setup menu and locate the screen adjustments disable the auto adjust and see if that fixes your problem, if it doesnot call the Manufacturer technical rep. and ask them, it might need repair.
good luck...

Computer monitor keeps auto adjusting screen

I have a Benq that was continually auto adjusting, I used electronic cleaner spray on all the controls (a good spray) and now there is no problem, suspect the controls were sticking, especially the on/off and the auto adjust button

Auto adjusting

Try wiggling the auto adjust button on the front of the monitor, it sounds like the button is jammed against the switch causing it to auto adjust over and over.
