Disneyland paris went to disneyland paris, hotel room was dirty, sheets not changed, mould up walls, window leaked on childrens bed, booked buffalo bills wild west show 6 months ago, got there and had no tickets didnt see show didnt get a refund, eurostar tickets printed in someone elses name, these are only a few of the problems i experienced but while there, already had trading standards out to thomson before i went for mucking up the booking. cant find how to complain or who to as i want my money back can you help please, (chose category as audio as no category for holiday)
