I'm pretty sure that we have this unit - the touchpad simply stopped working (save for a few buttons) the other day. We're not sure what's wrong...does anyone have any suggestions?

Same thing happened to mine. Unplug the unit from wall power and plug it back into the power outlet. Look for plug in cabinet above wall mounted unit or otherwise nearby.

Does it beep when you push the buttons?

If it doesn't, your touchpad may be bad so you're unable to communicate with the unit's computer.

How do I get it out of lock mode

If the model number you have listed is correct, you turn the Child Lock feature on/off by pressing and holding the "Clear/Off" button for three seconds. The instructions are on page 28 of the Owner/Operator Manual.

If your model number is different from the one you have this question posted under, please post back with your correct information so that I may be able to provide you with better assistance.

I hope this helps you.

While cleaning it the vent began to open and close and the microwave would not shut the vent down when the keypad was used to end the cycle. Now it only shows F3 on its screen when we try to set it up...

The "F3" error code means "Shorted key panel (touch pad)". The correction is to replace the key panel aka a membrane switch or a touch pad. The control panel in that case is just a plastic frame.

Spacemaker 2.0 was set to warm coffee. Before warming finished, door was opened. After door was clossed screen remains showing "Coffee" but screen does not respond to any touch.

The first thing to try is a "hard reset". Unplug it from the power line for a few minutes, plug it back in, set the clock, then try again.

Let us know if the hard reset doesn't fix it.
