There may be power but is it enough power??? if electric oven oid check you fuse box/ circuit breakers and physically reset the double breaker controlling the stove, perhaps one leg of power has dropped out

When you say that the oven turns on I assume that the oven indicator light is working. If this is so there will be only two likely causes for the oven not working. Oven element is faulty - check by performing continuity test; Wiring at oven element terminals burnt off - check visually. If you are handy carry out the above. If not, call a repairman.
i just moved and our stove in the new place doesnt bake things right. it seems that the top coil doesnt come on. its very difficult to bake anything. seems to come up to temp for pre heating, but only the bottom coil comes on. If you put it on broil, then the top coil gets hot. that works fine. tired of burning pizzas and biscuits. can anyone help with a cheap fix? dont have alot of cash.
Is your stove electronic ignition? Can you here the ignitor clicking as it trys to light? If so the gas valve on the back of the stove for the oven has failed and is not letting gas to the burner. If you smell
Hard to know...First thing I'd check is the power supply to the unit. Turn off both breakers. Check wiring all the way through for tightness. Turn both breakers on. Next, you'll need to check the elements for continuity...with the power off.
