if just time is off by one to three hour(s) , you need to ck your time zone settings , if the day is off by one day you need to wait 24hrs keeping watch in a good view of the sky (not locked in a metal box) it should auto correct itself to proper day when it receives the radio signal for two time cycles (24hrs)
In my experience the letters rise counter-clockwise from the 4 o'clock position. so, A would be at 4. B at 2. C at 10 and d at 7. Usually the A is a mode selector and B, C and D control the hands and day/date (if you have them) try press B to control day/date and C for changing time forward and D for changing time backwards - whichever is the shortest way. If you have a 12/24 mode, make sure you are in the right zone is matched with the time and am/pm setting.
To set the time and date (must be done in this order) 1. Press MODE 3 times, then press START to change the seconds. 2. Press RESET to change the minutes, then press START until you get to the right minute. 3. Press RESET to change the hour, then press START until you get to the right hour. Note: If it says "H" on the right circle, it should read 24HOURS, otherwise it should read "A" for AM and "P" for PM. 4. Press RESET to set the date, then press START until you get to the right date 5. Press RESET to set the month, then press START until you get to the right number. 6. Press RESET to change the day of the week, then press START untilyou get to the right day. 6. Press MODE when done. Hope this helps
Advance the watch time 24 hours to change to the next day. keep turning until it reaches the corect day of the week, then reset the correct time and date.
mcdevito75 here, Heelo Dave, I don"t think the Format can be changed the watch was built to show the --either month or day of the week first then the date, example, July 4 Or Sat. 4
You have to adjust the date every February (28 or 29 days), April, June, September and November (each 30 days). Self adjusting calendars are called Perpetual Calendars and this feature is quite expensive, especially in mechanical watches. Your watch has calendar ring with 31 days printed on and the simple calendar mechanism which is changing dates from 1 to 31 inclusive, day after day, so, when the 30-day month is ending and there is no 31st date to follow, your calendar is showing 31st anyway, instead of 1st of the next month. This is when you have to adjust date. Now about the date adjusting. If you pull out crown gently, you will notice there are two clicks (positions), not just one. So the first click, when crown is not pulled out fully, is exactly for day/date adjustment. If you pull the crown further out, watch is in hand adjustment mode. Try it carefully and you will find out the right position.

mcdevito75 here, The manufacturer recommends you don"t try to change the date between certain hours as this could hurt the date changeing mechanism inside the watch, I don"t think you did any harm (LUCKY) and the date changeing 45 minutes before mid nite is just about right. BUT! if the date change was aliitle closer to mid nite at 1 time you can try to reset the date, here"s how, your stem should have 2 positions to change the date without haveing to cycle the watch the 24 hours 60 times. Slip a finger nail just under the crown and gently, gently lift the crown to it:s first position, it may take a little practise but you"ll get it, once you do, trun the crown and you should see the DATE change, if so set the DATE to 1 DATE before the DATE you want, now pull the stem out and set the correct gate and time of day. Your watch is now reset and date will change on time, around nid nite.
mcdevito75 here, The stem has 2 positions, first, set the day to 1 day before the day you need, now, slip a finger nail just under the stem and gently, gently lift the crown to it;s first position, set the DATe to 1 date before the date you need. Push crown back in, now pull crown out to set the date and time of day. Your watch is set and should change around mid nite
quickly press the bottom-left button twice. then, press the bottom-right button once, and then the top-right button once. this should add 1 to the day. keep pressing the top-right button until u get the right day, the press the top-right button again.
