Question about Audiovox NVX226 GPS Receiver
I only used this unit for about one week, when it went dead and would not power up. I checked both Chargers and they both have correct output voltage, but the battery only comes up to .42V It was below freezing temp. that week and I guess you are not supposed to charge battery at that temp. I was going to try replacing the Battery, but I am not shure how case comes apart. I removed the 4 screws, but did not want to pop open and I did not want to break unit. Can you help?? Thanks; ~~ Jim ~~

You can contact Ferro Works and they will send you a new CD with maps on it. They were not very clear on how updated the Version is. I called them and had a commitment of a new CD to be sent to me within fifteen minutes of dialing.
