Question about HP PSC 1210 All-In-One InkJet Printer
My HP PSC 1210 all-in-one inkjet printer seems to work fine but after every copy I make the cradle seems to get stuck and sometimes it pulls the paper backwards into the printer. I then get a message that the cradle cannot move and have to hit the cancle button. The printer will reset and then work for a copy or two and do the same thing.
this seems to be a hardware problem..... anyway try this...
> unplug the powerchord
> open the rear access door, and check whether there is any paper jammed or any bit of paper or thread stuck inside.... if so remove it
> clean the rollers using a lint free cloth
> close the rear access door
> open the door so that you will get full access to the cartridges...
> move the cartridges to and fro for several times manually with your hand
> close the door
> plug the power chord
> try again to copy multiple pages
thanks and regards
